According to a research by Fundação Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro, in 2013, nearly half of lawsuits pending with the judiciary involved consumer law issues. This is a scenario that must be tackled and reversed. We must find a balance in the relationship between suppliers and consumers, transforming conflicts into solutions. This is our clients’ focus and ASBZ’s main focal point.

With business acumen and teams dedicated to providing individualized services to all types of demands, the Consumer practice has the mission of resolving clients’ conflicts.

We focus our work on the preparation and revision of contracts, preventing future actions, auditing, as well as strategically serving clients in relevant cases and acting as an interface between our clients and regulatory authorities, analysing data and identifying the reasons for the problems.

The practice has been recognized by the Brazilian publication, Análise Advocacia 500.
